RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase. If more than 24 hours have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):
- Perishable goods such as fresh produce, food items, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the supplier.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, recheck your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company—it may take time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
