Shipping & Delivery Policy
Makaraka Veges offers deliveries five days a week, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our Makaraka Veges, available seven days a week.
Orders placed after 11:00am may be delivered the next business day, or on your chosen delivery date.
Delivery Charges:
- Standard delivery: $ 10 per order
- Expected delivery timeframe: 1–2 days
- Minimum Order value $40 for eligible for delivery
Please ensure all required fields are completed accurately when placing your order.
If there is a delay in delivering your order, we will contact you as soon as we become aware of the issue. Should we be unable to deliver your order the following day after placement, you may request a cancellation, and we will arrange a full refund of the purchase amount.
As our products are perishable, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes to your delivery date once the order has been confirmed.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours. We may issue a store credit equal to the value of your purchase. Refunds will only be processed with prior approval from our management team. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If you prefer your delivery to be left in a specific location at your property, please include these instructions in the ‘Notes’ section when placing your order.
